Dear DEQ,

Bear Creek Recovery is very concerned about the City of Molalla's ongoing posting of information that is not certain at this time. Please note in the attached Dryer timeline it states that there is a 2018 MAO with DEQ. When will DEQ require that the City of Molalla ONLY post factual information - this is misleading to the public even in a draft document. There is at this time no MAO in place or agreed upon is there - please respond to that question.
