Next email shows how they caused runoff by the next day. This time it was on the north slope and flatlands to the north of the ranch houses. On Oct 3 there were two large big gun sprinklers in use, then on Oct 4 and Oct 5 one large big gun was in use. See attached for conditions on Oct 5 at a creek channel at Highway 211 looking east at the Coleman flatlands and north slope hills where the water was applied. Next email will show conditions at the creek channel on Oct 6 as the recycled water application continued. I am also sending a google map that shows locations of sprinklers.
