Dear Nina and Joni,

How can the delay below be happening? Why can't Tiffany get a transcript of a hearing that happened almost two months ago? Did DEQ lose the tape? This reminds me of the long delay and then the admission that the list used to rate Molalla's plant was lost. Given Tiffany's time frame, the summer discharge season will likely be over before DEQ gets its act together on what should have been a pretty simple re-write. Susan

Hello everyone

I apologize for the long delay in communication.

We have not yet received the transcription of your oral comments from the April 30, 2015 hearing. I have been trying to get a date by which we will get the transcript back but I don’t have one now to share. I am very sorry for this. Please know that we will gather and respond to your comments.

Just for everyone’s information, here are the next steps:

1) The oral and written comments will be organized.

2) Consideration will be given to each comment. Information that could lead to changes to the proposed amendment will be evaluated.

3) A response will be written for each comment or grouping of like comments.

4) The recycled water plan will be edited to reflect any changes determined to be needed as a result of the evaluation of the comments.

5) You all will be sent copies of the response to comments and a link to the final draft of the plan.
