Joni, I forgot to copy you on the message to Nina below. I will add that I had to be the one to tell the community about the E.coli issues. See attached letter to the editor that was published about a month ago in the Molalla Pioneer (and it got quite a bit of buzz on social media, especially from the people with that nasty Creamery Creek flowing through their yards where their kids and pets play and track mud from the creek into their homes!). I am still outraged that DEQ failed to tell the community about what was flowing through the city last summer. That was another failure by DEQ to act to protect the public and the environment. Nina, I think given that chain of emails from Tiffany that we all quickly deserve an answer about why after all that info Tiffany/DEQ has failed to have a rewrite. Tiffany has now set up a hearing on apparently nothing and people are going to be very confused. Susan
