Here below is the link to the minutes of the April 22 Molalla City Council meeting where Tiffany spoke with no microphone. As you can see there is no account as I expected of what she said. I also expect that is because no one could hear her and it also likely didn't make it onto the audio/video tape. So again, what did Tiffany say at that meeting. It is hard to believe that a professional can't remember what she said.
