Joni, while DEQ is not in charge of Molalla's drinking water inspections and reports, here's a report I found hung on the message board of the Molalla Post Office (Molalla didn't post to its website so far). It notes three reporting violations for late reports to the Oregon Health Authority. My point is that there seems to be a huge systemic problem with Molalla public works having any respect for honest, on time reporting, whether it is DEQ or the OHA. All the talk about "working to get them to comply" is just so far talk with no teeth. Otherwise there would not be all these late/inaccurate reports. http://www.cityofmolalla.com/sites/default/files/fileattachments/public_works/page/651/annual_water_report_2014.pdf
