Hello Tiffany,

In the interest of transparency and in hopes DEQ is getting closer to a solution to all these ongoing Molalla violations, Bear Creek Recovery wishes to share this notification regarding Molalla violations with DEQ. It is frankly getting difficult to understand how Molalla apparently can't correctly state the number of days of violations or, in the case of the violation discharge into Bear Creek, the correct amount of discharge. It certainly makes concerned stakeholders concerned about the ongoing failure to comply with the wastewater permit/ Clean Water Act.
