When the complainant requested confidentiality (2205 complaints), we redacted the information identifying them (name, address, contact, etc.), as noted. That also includes mention of their location in the descriptions. We also excluded 241 complaints received about smoking vehicles. Only some of those complainants requested confidentiality, but the data includes DMV registration information that DEQ is not free to release without further coordination with DMV. I hope you find the headings the data columns self explanatory. There are in alphabetical order. I am very happy to explain the data or discuss questions you may have. If you have any questions about the redactions or they look incorrect, please let me know and I’ll investigate. If you discover that we overlooked any personally identifying information for confidential complainants, I would appreciate you letting me know and not circulating it further.
