We propose sending you a copy for review prior to the meeting. The primary purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the City's long term plans for growth, outstanding enforcement actions and how the MAO can serve as a foundation to achieve mutual objectives. We expect to be able to send you a draft MAO by the of next week, 3/31 by email, however, we would like to begin the calendaring process now given the challenges with everyone's schedules. We would be happy to meet you in Molalla or host the meeting in our offices. Please let us know your preference.
