Dear Director Whitman, Nina and Jeff,
I would propose that Jeff and I review the letter in propose to you a response. We have a work session with the city and their legal counsel on the MAO scheduled for the afternoon of February 28th. I haven’t yet spoken with Jeff but he and I have already planned to have some work meetings prior to the 28th and we can take on responding to this letter at the first of those meetings..
I will be on point for our response unless you feel we need someone else in that role. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
