Dear DEQ,

Since it will take me at least several days to compile a disc with all I have observed this summer (ponding in other places, discharge into Bear Creek stream bed and defective pipes) here are pre-Aug 25 photos, mostly on the 24th, to show that once recycled water started to be applied via multiple rows of sprinklers about Aug. 23 to the Creamery Creek field, run off quickly appeared in road ditches and visible ponding began, yet sprinklers were run 24/7 until the afternoon of Aug. 26
