In my testimony I supplied you with a topo map that circled an area of ponding that occurs on south Coleman field on Freyer Park Road almost directly across the road from the entry driveway to the Coleman ranch house and barns. Today, after days of several lines of sprinklers run in the north Coleman field just to the east of the entrance driveway ponding is occurring. I will send a group of pictures in my next email that shows the ponding site has been bone dry since Sept 10 (I didn't bother to go back further but will be happy to do so if you want more proof - I have photos showing ponding occurred at the same site earlier this season via sprinklers in the south field but that's another violation story). Perhaps you want to come and see this ponding - there is no other reason for water to collect except for the days of sprinklers run across the street and uphill from this site. There has been zero rain and there have been no sprinklers in the south field where the water is now collecting. Molalla sets sprinklers and runs them for days in the same spots on hydric Dayton soils and this is what happens.
