Subject: Complaint: How much Molalla development in recent years was DEQ NOT INFORMED OF?b Importance: Normal

Tiffany,

I hope you know there are other open requests, including the month of October information and the followup on the violation conditions attached to Stoneplace?

Also, I am not sure if Bear Creek Recovery made it clear we wish to file a complaint about all the other development that occurred in the recent past - did DEQ get notice of and approve of ALL the various developments that have been going on around Molalla? Has DEQ asked for the records of recent years of development?

It is crystal clear from the Richwine report that Molalla is far beyond its wastewater plant capacity on many levels, yet in the past couple of years much development, both large residential projects in Big Meadow and the new Molalla Garden Apts, as well as smaller lot development went in and connected to the sewer grid. Please investigate if DEQ was not informed on these impacts to the failing sewer plant.

Dear DEQ,

No need to honor the Bear Creek Recovery request for the Richwine report about Molalla's failing wastewater plant. We certainly hope now that you must have it as well that DEQ stops the stalling and proceeds with a binding agreement to stops the environmental abuses of greater Molalla.
