Have both or either of the pending enforcement letters to Molalla (failure to do lagoon leak test / violation discharge of wastewater on fields this summer) been issued yet? If not, is there a direct contact at DEQ I can ask about when they will be issued so I don't have to keep bothering you about them? If they have been issued please furnish the exact name of the documents so I can file a info request. If you know a date certain they will be issued please let me know.
