Subject: Turbidity meter / Molalla wastewater funding question

Importance: Normal

Dear Tiffany,

In recent PRR I saw the receipt for the fix on the broken turbidity meter that Ring Bender admitted was preventing accurate records. I also saw you ask for information regarding how long it had been broken/failing to register. Has Molalla or their lawyers answered that question yet - if so please either forward the answer or explain why that question has not been answered.

Also, in your answers about funding for Molalla's wastewater facility upgrades, I asked what impact an active lawsuit - one in progress but not settled or one waiting for a court date - would potentially have on funding? Would funding be stalled until a lawsuit/ court action was fully settled. You said that places in violation or with a MAO would perhaps get priority but please answer how credit would be impacted if at all by an active still to be settled lawsuit and/or filed court case.
