Dear Tiffany,

Thanks so much for your time on the phone. I have sent the BCR board a note about what we talked about, since we have been concerned about process. We appreciate the work you are doing to try to bring compliance. We are looking into taking tours of successful plants, I already talked to Gresham and will talk to Wilsonville about a tour. It would be great to be able to move from criticism to suggestions for successful management of wastewater and biosolids and it looks like there are good models out there to learn from.
