Susan,
We have not yet received a copy of this report. I can send you the emails informing us about it but the report itself has not yet arrived. Concurrently, the city has started the Sewer Master Plan which will examine options for sewage treatment improvement and propose an engineering solution. Because a Master Plan is a funding and engineering plan, they take at least a year to 18 months to produce. The Richwine report was the city’s idea to jump start the decision on replacement or repair of the existing system.
