See below for PRR filed Dec. 18, 2017: Attn: Tiffany Yelton Bram: Requesting all DEQ documents related to the Dec. 18, 2017 meeting between DEQ and City of Molalla/ Molalla lawyers/ Regional Solutions regarding Molalla's wastewater management - notes from all DEQ staff who participated, any draft MAO's that are currently being considered, the agenda, etc. Requesting any formal DEQ letters sent to City of Molalla between Nov. 28, 2017 and Dec. 18 2017 regarding wastewater management, enforcement, draft MAO, etc. Bear Creek Recovery is a for the public good non-profit and has a fee waiver document on file. We will use any information obtained to widely inform our community and to lobby for compliance with the Clean Water Act and thus request a fee waiver.
