The DEQ Office of compliance and Enforcement and staff in Water Quality at our HQ office are working on tasks related to implementing the outcome of this report. Neither I nor my staff directly work on assignments from this report so I’ve been out of the loop. But the final State Review Framework is on EPA’s website and can be found here: https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2017-03/documents/srf-rd3-rev-or.pdf
I will see if a summary of what we have done to implement recommendations and send it along if available.

Dear DEQ,
Below Tiffany said she would update us on the progress of this draft audit but I don't find that we have contacts or documents responsive to that after the below and attached were furnished. It was clear that EPA would not endorse absolving violators of fines while MAOs were in place. We wish to see whatever document is current on this audit. Is there a final document - I could not find one on the DEQ website?
