I find online TMDL reports for places like Silverton (attached), Woodburn, Clackamas County, etc. Why can't I find a report like this one from Silverton for the City of Molalla. I am aware of what this is about but there seems to be a lack of reporting by Molalla. Please confirm if this is true? Silverton report said a report is due every year in addition to the big 5 year report.
