I have attached those reports, which were submitted as individual tables, as well as my letters accepting each of those reports. DEQ sent the City of Molalla a Warning Letter with Opportunity to Correct (attached) for not submitting the Five Year Report and a revised TMDL implementation plan. In the warning letter, we requested those documents by June 30, 2016. The city submitted the Five Year Review Report in December 2017, which I have attached. I have not yet reviewed this Five Year Report and my comments on the report will inform the city's revisions to their TMDL implementation plan. If Ms. Hansen has any questions about any of these documents or my comments, I would be happy to speak with her directly. I am aware of what this is about but there seems to be a lack of reporting by Molalla. Please confirm if this is true? Silverton report said a report is due every year in addition to the big 5 year report. Susan
