Subject: Damaged Water Feature in Fox Park
Importance: Normal
Hi, Mr. Fisher –
We spoke year ago when a youth and his older brother damaged a water feature in Fox Park (September of 2016). I wanted to touch base with you because the youth made his final restitution payment to the City of Molalla on 8/30. When you have a moment, will you please confirm that you have received it? This youth has paid a total of $2,627.00.
The youth’s older brother is over 18 years old so his case is not being handled at the Juvenile Department. I unfortunately do not have any information concerning his half of the restitution, but I hope he has been making payments.
I truly hope the youth has been held accountable in a way that is meaningful to the City of Molalla. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I will be glad to hear when you’ve received the final restitution payment.
Thank you very much.
In Peace,
Jillian Kellington
