Well they’ve received no permits for anything, and have cleared ground and knocked down a few trees, as far as I can tell. Both Mitch’s property and this property look to have cleared some space. It looks to me like Mitch is storing some trucks, or cars on the property where they’ve cleared the grounds.
We’re going to enforce the violations for lack of permits for clearing, if applicable, and lack of permits for tree removal. I wish he had talked to us first.

No, not near Molalla Redi-Mix. I also had an individual contact me at City Hall here recently about them cutting trees behind MRM. Might be related.

I was contacted twice by a company doing land clearing somewhere behind Molalla Redi Mix wanting to burn the slash from the land clearing. They are within 3 miles of the City Limits so OAR 340-264-0078 AND 340-264-0120 PROHIBITS him from burning slash or commercial waste within 3 miles of the city limits. He said he was land clearing so a developer could put in storage units. Do you know anything about this?
