In answer to your question about 13.13.330, CHTC may discharge storm runoff to Bear Creek provided that they go through detention and water quality before discharge. They also have to maintain the system and provide a report each year. For washdown inside of the plant, the discharge has to go to sewer and I think that is a plumbing code requirement. Depending on their operation and what is being processed, they may be required to put in a pretreatment system or separator. Andy and I would have to understand what they are washing down and its impacts to the sewer system. Chemicals and solvents are prohibited.

For 13.13.350 same as above.

For 13.13.530 yes

For 13.13.640 depends on where the drains are coming from.
