Make contact with the owner of 545, verify he did it, and let him know that he needs to return the sign to Public Works and that it is against the law to tamper with roadway signage. Next time we won’t give a warning.

Chris/Dan Z, at first I thought this was just another code violation thing for us to deal with but then realized the guy actually removed our no parking sign so he could park his trailer here! I’m thinking that’s a bigger deal, mabe ORS 810.240 Unlawful interference with traffic control or railway sign. Class A traffic Violation? Let me know your thoughts.

Hi Andy,
My name is Michael Carr and I live at 500, Andrian Ct, Molalla OREGON 97038
I live in a new subdivision and people are moving into their new homes which is great. Recently neighbors moved into
545 Andrian Ct which is on the corner of the cul-de-sac, near the mailboxes. They have been leaving there trailer parked in the street next to a no parking zone, which leaving a trailer in the street is not allowed per city CCR.(3.4.15) attached) http://freepdfhosting.com/fbb7aeb542.pdf
Today I noticed the no parking sign has been removed. I know that no parking signs are installed in cul-de-sacs for turning radius for fire trucks, delivery trucks, garbage trucks, and allow an open space for mail delivery.
I wanted to see if the city of Molalla removed this no parking sign or if it was removed illegally.
If the city did not remove this sign, please have it reinstalled. I have attached a couple pictures to show where it was just a couple weeks ago, and another from today with the sign missing. Additionally I would appreciate it if you would have the trailer stored off the street on their property.
