I Alice,

I am waiting on a response from CHTC in regards to the 1200-Z industrial stormwater permit. I did receive details about the work they conducted with the ground disturbance from them. I was hoping you could provide once more piece of information before I finalize enforcement. What is the property zoned? Is it zoned agriculture? Or Industrial? Residential? At this point I am going to proceed with enforcement for work without a permit. The answer to my question will assist in that enforcement action. I will notify you ASAP when they respond to the 1200-Z questions and DEQ has a response for that.
