Gerald,

On 8/24/20 there was a contractor repairing the sidewalk in front of US Bank that dumped a bucket of concrete waste into the storm drain at 211 Robbins. Was this a contractor of the City that was doing the sidewalk repairs? I have video of them dumping the bucket, but don’t know who they were working for. It’s a concern for me that they dumped their waste in our storm drain and I’m not sure the best way to address it or who to address it with.
