Dan,

Sam has made multiple attempts to contact this property owner to complete their project and he has not returned Sam’s calls. The email is no longer good. I just left him a message instructing him to contact Sam or we will be forced to move into enforcement. See conditions letter from December 21, 2018, second bulleted item. They need to construct a concrete driveway apron and pave the driveways. This has not been completed and is way beyond a reasonable time to complete. Just keeping you and Alice in the loop for now. Thanks.
