I think this is on private property. If they were blocking the City sidewalk that would be something else. Can you get back to him (Don Newall) and if they are blocking City sidewalks then let Sam know so he can tell them they cant block City sidewalks. PW doesn’t have safety authority on private property for pedestrian ways. That is Planning and Building. Thanks.
