Thanks Dan for looking into it. In notifying them of the issue about leaving materials on the street, it isn’t allowed and if the complaints continue then the City has the right to close the access since it is not his primary and original access. As long as we don’t get complaints then I can work on other more important things. I will leave it up to the property owner. If the access is important to them then we shouldn’t hear any more complaints. Thanks.
