Got a call from another real estate agent this morning. Apparently the bank has listed it for sale (see attached – it’s on Zillow and Realtor.com too) and she thinks we’re going to get calls from agents regarding the status.
So, do I tell the agents who call what’s involved in getting service and what it will cost to turn it on? Or have them contact the seller’s agent? Should I maybe call the seller’s agent and make them aware of the situation if they’re not already?
Just trying to get ahead of the game on this one!
