Fyi -

I got a call from Nancy Hailey this morning (503-863-6818) this morning. She lives at 710 B Patrol ST, abutting Stow-Away storage at 801 E Main.

She is having issues with customers of the storage facility interfering with her property between the fencing (which, apparently, is just a cyclone fence). 17-3.4.030 section F requires screening for storage facilities abutting residential. I will be delivering them notice that they need to install screening.
