I conducted video inspection under Municipal Code section 8.03.030, then called Clackamas County to confirm there are no permits pending on this property. It’s clear from my videos that you are doing work that requires Plumbing, Electrical, and Structural Building permits at least. I’m issuing both properties a Stop Work Order under Municipal Code Section 17-1.6.020. The City will lift this Stop Work Order when and if you can present Clackamas Count Plumbing, Electrical, and Structural Permit, and after you review the site with our Planning Staff to determine if replanting removed trees is required.
