Andy – yes. Though we’ve done it in the past, per code, maintaining obstructing vegetation falls to the homeowner which is why they bounced it. I have a few more cases I’ll be sending out letters to shortly. Please advise on how to handle these generally. In this case, it may make more sense for us to offer. Homeowners don’t always understand what to do for sign obstruction.

Dan, the crew bounced this work order to me, they feel it’s a code enforcement issue. It might be the nicest way to handle it, as the home owner has carefully landscaped here. Would you like to take a look? If you feel Code isn’t the right approach let me know and we’ll go out and cut the bushes back.

Thanks,

Andy

Andy,

Will you please have Dan Zinder look into this? This is a code enforcement issue. Thank you! Darren
