Hi Dan.

Another neighbor and I were wondering if your notice to the residents at 806 Toliver instructed them they need to store their garbage in a rodent-proof container with a lid, and whether it notified them about the frequency in which it must be removed. We are concerned that they will continue to store in the wooden utility trailer.
