Troops,

As you are aware, we are starting to get more complaints on Mr. Clowers again at Toliver and Ridings. We are receiving information again that Mr. Clowers is running a business where he is working on ATV’s and 4X4’s, then of course, riding and driving them in and out of the watershed behind his house. The City is now to the point that if and when evidence shows that Mr. Clowers has been operating these vehicles in the watershed, Gerald is prepared to issue him a letter explaining the consequences such as heavy fines and charges he will be facing if he continues to tamper with the protected area. The City is also prepared to charge him with Operating a Business without a license.

What does this mean to you? If we get dispatched to calls were Mr. Clowers is tearing up the watershed again, please try to develop evidence to prove it, such as photos of damage, video footage obtained by witnesses or you, etc.. We will also need to document every incident involving this situation with Mr. Clowers and his neighbors. Let’s try to stay on top of this situation so that we can stop it.

Thanks for the hard work,

Frank
