Boss,
Officer Scott was out there yesterday and dealt with the issue. She called
up the mapping on her laptop and showed Mr. Clowers that the ditch was NOT
his grandpa's property and he was trespassing. He said he thought it was
Grandpa's property and agreed he would not do it again. Officer Scott met
with Jim Needham and told him the results and gave him her work cell phone
and told him to contact her personally if it happened again. That sounds
like decent customer service on this and I'm not sure why Mr. Needham felt
he needed to call the mayor in light of how it was handled.
In the future, of course, if Clowers doesn't comply, we will address both
the trespass potential and the noise issue.

Dan,
We have previously spoken about an issue with a resident using a 4x4 vehicle
on land that is not part of their property. Apparently they disappeared for
most of the summer, but are now back.
Can you refresh me on where we are at with this issue? They are definitely
using their vehicles on property that is not their own (it belongs to the
Lexington Estates HOA I believe). Jim Needham believes there was some sort
of letter sent to them and has requested a copy.
