Hi Andy,

I was talking with Gerald and he told me to reach out to you about having someone come by the front office and help us dim the lighting above Julie’s desk. Currently there is three LED bulbs in the Triple Ballast above her desk. Could we try eliminating one (maybe the one in the middle) so that it is dimmer, and if it needs to be even dimmer yet, try removing both outside bulbs so that the middle is the only one lit? I was hoping that we could do this while Julie is working her shift.

I want to eliminate the way it is now with both back ballasts turned completely off so that half the room is dark. Because this is our front office that greets the public daily, I want it to look like we are open for business and eager to serve.
