Officer Kassab, I got your message. The Duty Phone is being monitored and is still probably the fastest way to get to a Utility Crew Member. In this case our Duty Crew couldn’t answer right as it was ringing because they was in a trench with a leaking water line. They also have an issues where they can’t return a call they miss from an Officer because the number comes in Restricted. We do the best we can on the phones, and you are always welcome to email non-emergency issues to shops@cityofmolalla.com. I personally monitor that email, and every employee down here checks email at least once per day.
In addition, anyone at City Hall can also enter a work order for Public Works crew at any time. I’ve got this garbage pickup at 681 Ann Ln on Work Order #12786 now. The system will email you when the work order closes out, so you know it’s done. Finally, if you would like access to be able to enter work orders in for us yourself, let me know I will get you set up.
