The pavers were installed early November. The flagpole is installed. We installed the benches early in December and they were stolen, we have re-ordered but I would request we install them when the store is open. With the store closed and no supervision I worry the new benches will disappear as well. I will have to confirm the asphalt was patched.

Molalla Planning is still awaiting completion of these punch list items (see above on plan and below on list):
Prior to TCO or CO, the applicant shall complete these items:
Lindsay: I communicated last with Mike Zaffino about all of these requirements on November 12. I haven’t heard an update since then. Please let me know if you have questions. We don’t want any of these items to delay the store opening. We encourage the team to complete these as soon as possible. We have been communicating with your team about these punch list items since early October or sooner.
