However, you may be interested in these photos taken by Jaimie at Clark Park (by the Rodeo) yesterday morning. Automatic door locks are so easily circumvented. We all should have keys to get into all the bathrooms to check, if not let me know and I’ll get you one. Additionally, if we’re contacting the same peeps in the parks after hours, or found in violation of park rules, an exclusion is likely necessary. Our public works folks are finding dangerous items such as syringes all over the floors and feces all over the walls in the women’s restroom at Long Park, prescription meds and what appears to be a potato gun at the gazebo. They are also starting to see a great deal of criminal mischief occurring to the restrooms as well. They have been doing such a great job of cleaning up, fixing, and painting these restrooms lately, only to find them destroyed a few days later. These occurrences are happening during all hours including day time. Please give these locations some attention during your shifts.
