Of course. Having read this complaint the only thing I would say is that if I mis-handled the situation as he claims, then at least one other person who witnessed it in the park (of which there were at least 6) should also agree that I mis-handled it, or that it happened the way he states. If not, then this gentleman’s complaint must be inaccurate in some way. In any case, I will of course adjust myself based on what you determine.

One additional note: a vet(him) + a vet(me) = who cares.
