Subject: Illegal Transient Bridges over Bear Creek at 1400 W Main

Dale Newcomb was just in and told me that the transients stole materials from the construction site of Tractor Supply and used the materials to construct bridges across Bear Creek. When these become dislodged in the next large storm event, they will get trapped at the culverts of OR 213 and have to potential to compromise the state highway. Mr. Borromeo needs to cooperate with the immediate removal of the transients from his property. Let me know if you need anything from Public Works. Thanks.
