I just talked to Al regarding this property. He said he is willing to sign the Trespass complaint form. He said he could stop by tomorrow afternoon around 1500-1600 to sign the form. Al told me he is currently in the process of moving his Dentistry to Silverton. He expressed his willingness to bulldoze the property and is requesting we be there so he doesn’t have trouble with the homeless. Al did say he would like to speak to the Lieutenant or Chief regarding the clearing of the property. If there are any questions or further information let me know. If you need to get in touch with Al here is his number>> Al’s # 503-793-4195

Thanks Jarred, we will reach out to Mr. Borremeo to make him aware of the issue back there, the fact we are arresting folks on the premises, they are camping illegally, to get him to brush cut the area as he has mentioned he would before or to let the city do it. We are also going to try and get Mr. Borremeo to sign a trespass so that we can arrest those that do so.

Thanks for checking it out for us.

Chief

Here is photos of the camp areas you had asked for. It appears to me that there is still movement between these sites and every time I have walked into them there has been items moved or new items arriving. It appears there is possible access through the trail and camps to the back side of Safeway or very close to it.

Thank you,

Brenner
