All,

We are continually having issues with the Disk Golfers damaging the fence between the Buckaroo Grounds and Clark Park. Apparently when a Disk goes over the fence, they have been cutting the chain-link to retrieve the disc. Parks has been diligently repairing the fence only to find the same damage days later. The majority of this is occurring on the weekends. The City has also been getting complaints from park patrons who have said the Disc Golfers are also consuming beer in the park and packing in a pair of bolt cutters with there equipment so that the fence can be breeched should a disc go over.

The city is to the point now where they are considering removing the Disc Course. The weather will be changing soon and we will most likely start seeing more golfers on the course. If, during the course of your patrols, you see someone using the course, please get out and make contact. If you could Let them know the potential problems and issues facing the future of the course, that would be most appreciated.
