On 11/9/19 I arrested Damian Donis (DOB:10/17/91) on multiple DV charges. The grand jury indicted him 11/14/19 on 3 felony counts and several misdemeanor counts. Part of the case involved him texting threats to strangle or shoot the victim. When the victim returned home after I arrested Donis, the only loaded gun in the house was the one he had threatened to shoot her with.

Donis was released on 11/16/19 and texted vicitm’s mom the next day with a message that indicated he was watching victim. There is both a No Contact Release Order and a Restraining Order in place against Donis.

Brenner and I checked the area but weren’t able to find him.

Please keep an eye out for him. His info is listed below, and I have attached his booking photo. He drives a black Cadilac Escalade – I don’t have a plate on it yet but it’s registered to him.
