I talked with Jock Schowalter today. He is the owner of 121 N. Molalla Avenue. Super nice guy who seems very interested as to what goes on at the apartments above the retail floor. He is aware now that Adam Sysco and company have moved in and he is also getting some complaints as to who has been coming and going from the apartments. He told me he will be working on eviction for the female that lives there.
