Greetings,
Are you guys responsible for the new speed signs on Toliver in the School Zones? If so, the one for E/B Toliver read 6 mph when I drove by at 0400 this morning at 20 mph. W/B seems okay. I made a second pass and got the same results. If not you guys, point me in the right direction.
