Chief, It is certainly NOT a pain to get a door rekeyed for you! It’s just part of my job to knock it around hard, and be a pain in the tail, in order to make sure we’ve determined the right course… cause dealing with Andy is precisely when things go from Ideal-land to Real-land, and THAT’S when stuff get all expensive and screwed up  !!
