I wanted to provide further insight regarding the TargetSolutions course material geared toward City wide skills areas. I’ve attached copies of our course catalogs pertaining to Water/Wastewater, OSHA & Compliance, Driver Training, Human Resources, etc. The platform may be used in a similar fashion to Police & Fire at the City level with the ability to Schedule, Deliver, and Track all facets of training, as well as, maintain on-going training requirements of Certifications/Licenses in the credentialing application.
We have had tremendous success with the entire City Administration utilizing the platform in the cities of Bend and Salem. The departments within the City (PD, Fire, PW,) typically operate standalone sites, with the City having enterprise capability to standardize general training requirements throughout all departments when necessary.
